“Like summer heat, difficult circumstances, need to be cooled down sometimes, by using the tools of Grateful Leadership”.

Just as we need to stay cool in the summer heat, this principle applies also when working with others.  Grateful Leadership does not “sugar-coat” the need to take care of management disciplinary actions in resolving performance or behavioral issues.  However, letting “one live to fight another day” by working factually & positively to turn things around – works for the betterment of all J

OFFER HONEST, TIMELY, AND CARING FEEDBACK WHEN ISSUES SURFACE

FIND & HIGHLIGHT THE GOOD ATTRIBUTES OF OTHERS WHEN COUNSELING

FOLLOW THE BEST PRACTICES OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT & GRATEFUL LEADERSHIP

WHEN WE KNOW ONE ANOTHER BETTER, MISUNDERSTANDINGS CLEAR UP

INVEST TIME & CARE IN THE WELFARE OF YOUR TEAM MEMBERS

TEACH OTHERS THE CONCEPTS OF GRATEFUL LEADERSHIP THROUGH EXAMPLE

HELP OTHERS WORK TOGETHER IN UNITY & BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR DIVERSITIES

GRATEFUL LEADERSHIP CAN SOMETIMES TURN LEMONS INTO LEMONADE  

RELY ON SUGAR-AND-SPICE & ALL THAT IS NICE – WHEN WORKING WITH OTHERS
