Grantland

When you start looking for what people are doing right instead of what they are doing wrong, the results can be amazing!

This monthly comic is brought to you by Grantland. Grant has worked in manufacturing, consulting, and nonprofit organizations in a variety of capacities, including management, HR, sales, and operations. He says he has had good bosses and bad – and been both of those too. He says he also had good employees and bad – and been both of those as well. Grant has used this experience in creating over 4,000 business cartoons on subjects ranging from recognition to ethics, engagement, and leadership. His education includes an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

“In both my personal and professional lives, I work hard to be grateful for all that I’ve been given and to show appreciation for what other people do.”

Participating in the Gratitude Leadership initiative will reinforce these efforts.”  –Grant Brownrigg
