Does Culture influence Acknowledgment?

I believe so

Even within a single company.

 

About a year ago, I attempted to bring the Power of Acknowledgment to my place of business

After several failed attempts, I decided that this particular place wasn’t ready or willing to embrace the Acknowledgment and Grateful Leadership

Recently, I took another position within the same company, just in another area

And found out how much the culture within a team means to fostering acknowledgment.
