Culture, Gratitude and Acknowledgment

We’ve heard people talk about

Gratitude in an organization where they work

Gratitude in the military

And even

Gratitude in a country

 

I don’t think that anyone can or will argue that the culture of an organization or group of people influences the ability of one to share an effective acknowledgment

Whether the culture diminishes the value of being vulnerable to a colleague

Or casts a shadow over one rewarding someone for a job well done

It makes a difference.
