064 ~ Acknowledgment Can Never Be Routine



I have heard people talk about acknowledgment

And the fact that if you acknowledge too often, you will cheapen it.

It will no longer be seen as valuable or a motivator.

 

Could this be true?

 

I don’t think so

And I believe that Judy Umlas would agree with me.

 

How can I be so confident?
