I was speaking to Judy Umlas the other day about a presentation I’m going to give and one of the items that came up was the question:

Have you ever left a job because of lack of appreciation?

I know Judy asks this question in many of her keynotes and courses

And, according to Judy, there is consistently at least 50% of the people in the audience respond in the affirmative.

Let me restate that…

Over 50% of the people responded that they have left a position because of lack of appreciation.
