Grateful for Freedom

The Gratitude Connection

July Acrostic

By Harry Waldron

ACKNOWLEDGMENT is the theme for the month of July, as we in the U.S. celebrate our birthday as a FREE nation. And other free nations were chartered in July also. While we see higher levels of division in our nation today, CGL concepts share better ways to UNITE folks. Each human is as unique as a snowflake. In team building, we must learn to accept or even overlook differences for the “greater good”. When we value individuals & work out our differences in a positive manner – that builds unity ☺

GEORGE WASHINGTON LED A FREE NATION 8 YEARS, RATHER THAN BECOMING KING
RELY ON THE GREATER GOOD IN OTHERS, BY BUILDING TRUST & UNITY
AIM FOR HIGHER STANDARDS, BY USING GRATEFUL LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES
TEACH THE IMPORTANCE OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT & GRATITUDE THRU EXAMPLE
EACH PERSON EXPERIENCES GREATER FREEDOM, THRU TRUST & ACCEPTANCE
FIND CREATIVE WAYS TO VALUE & UNIFY OTHERS BY LEADING GRATEFULLY
UNITED WE STAND, AND DIVIDED WE FALL
LET FREEDOM RING, AS WE COUNT OUR NATIONAL & INDIVIDUAL BLESSINGS

FREEDOM IS BUILT – WHEN WE BUILD UPON THE VALUE OF OTHERS EACH DAY
OFFER THANKS TO THOSE WORKING BEHIND THE SCENES & WHO RARELY RECEIVE IT
REALIZE THE TRUE POTENTIAL OF OTHERS, THRU THE POWER OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT

FIFTY-SIX MEN PLEDGED THEIR ALL, IN SIGNING THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
REWARD SUCCESSFUL TEAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS INDIVIDUALLY & COLLECTIVELY
ENERGIZE YOUR TEAM BY AFFIRMING THEIR ON-GOING CONTRIBUTIONS
ENJOY EACH DAY MAKING THE MOST OF OPPORTUNITIES – AS EACH DAY IS A GIFT
DO UNTO OTHERS GRATEFULLY, & LATER THAT GRATITUDE WILL RETURN TO YOU
ONLY A SMALL GROUP WITH GREAT VISIONS OF FREEDOM, FOUNDED OUR NATION
MAKE AMERICA & OTHER COUNTRIES MORE GRATEFUL, THANKFUL & UNIFIED IN THE FUTURE
