Gratitude is the right attitude

Respect is needed at all times

Attitude is more important than performance

Thankfulness must start within me

Every person is important

Faith in the goodness of others

Understanding others, when things go wrong

Learn from your mistakes

 

Leaders must be grateful followers

Expect challenges and resistance

Acknowledge excellent accomplishments

Don’t forget to say “Thank You”

Examples are the best teacher

Respect others, even when you don’t agree

Share kind words, during the storms of life

Hold the door open for others

Inspire others to become greater

Praise in public, and critique in private
