Podcast – The Art of Grateful Leadership

Hosted by Jim Trela

A weekly, Monday morning podcast by James Trela, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from a major automotive company. As a result of his high-impact experience in a Grateful Leadership On Demand course, Jim is committed to sharing the importance of Grateful Leadership and the Benefits of Acknowledgment. He wants to share examples and techniques so the listeners can use and improve their acknowledgment competencies. There will be Interviews with CGL members and others, describing how they have either acknowledged someone or have been acknowledged and the impact this created. The purpose is to explore what it takes to create a culture of appreciation where people work and in their daily lives.
