146 ~ Acknowledgment and Being Present

How many times have you reached the end of a day and walked away, realizing you had missed so many opportunities to acknowledge someone that you were actually amazed?

How many times have you gone through an entire day or even a couple of days without acknowledging that special person and wondered where all the time had gone?

Where did all of these acknowledgment opportunities go?

There are two simple concepts that you have to understand to bring more of this into your life:
The first is mindfulness
The second is consciousness
